Our fiberglass products are sold with out any type of warranty unless stated by Glazzkraft. It is the buyer responsibility to understand that due to strict US federal and state safety crash guidelines Glazzkraft is not responsible or liable of any damage or injuries incurred upon a possible event of accident due to driver mistake or error while driving, incorrect installation of our product, or by acts of nature, etc, etc. Again please understand that it is 100% the responsibility of buyer when purchasing our fiberglass products.

RETURNS:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on this item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply re-package it exactly as it arrived, and ship it back. We refund your purchase in full, less original S&H cost paid to the freight company to have the kit shipped to you.

Absolutely no returns accepted if the product has been painted or installed by the buyer. Item has to be return within 14 days after receiving the kit. The kit has to be repacked EXACTLY as it was received to avoid any damages on the return. S&H charges are not refunded, and buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check, personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.
